Is Christian Life Coaching for you?
Christian Life Coaching (CLC) provides an opportunity to work with a Christian Life Coach. A CLC is someone who first of all loves Jesus and desires to help their clients grow in their love for Jesus as well. It is someone who recognizes that they do not have all the answers, but they know Who does. It is someone who has been trained to help their clients navigate the hard questions, the challenging places and often the exciting spaces that people find themselves in.
Christian Life Coaches are there to be a sounding board and safe place for their clients to share and process, helping them to transition from where they are to where they feel God wants them to be regarding a particular decision, vision, goal, heart change or mindset. They help their clients with relational issues, job decisions, facing of fears, setting and reaching goals and making pivotal decisions.
Christian Life Coaching is there to point their clients to the Truth found in the Scripture, to lead them in prayer and to provide them with tools that help equip them for change.
As a Christian life coach, I feel that the Lord has called me to help women to DELIGHT and DISCERN in Jesus.
What does that really mean?
To Delight is to find Joy! It is to find greater purpose, satisfaction, meaning and relationship with the Giver of all true Joy, our God!

What does it mean to Discern? To seek wisdom in making smart decisions that align with Biblical principals and provide a positive direction for one's future.
Coaching provides a place where one can come and "empty out", a place to share one's
dreams, fears, struggles and hope.

Then comes the "work", the time where you will be coached to consider action steps, barriers, options and motivations.
You will be given tools and possibly led through coaching activities to help you in your journey.
And always, we will be seeking Jesus, the Master Coach, your Lord and Savior and inviting Him into the coaching process; looking to Him who loves you most!
