Restoration

The other day, our son stopped by and installed an RO system for us. We now have the pleasure of drinking clear, purified water. It is from the same source as before, but it has been changed; restored.

As the water travels through the filtering system, its impurities are removed and the end-product is a more refreshing, clearer and healthier version of the previous H20.

And so it is with our lives. As we allow ourselves to be touched, changed and transformed via the filtering process of the Holy Spirit, we find ourselves restored. We are a purer vessel, ready to help provide the refreshing and life-giving hope of the Gospel. We are but the vessel. Christ is the filter, the restorer, the Savior! He is the water of life, freely given for all.

Thank you Jesus for your restoring, filtering power in our lives and our souls!
